Solid Brass flag snap hook with swivel. Recommended for use with 5/16ths or 3/8ths inch halyard. Designed specifically for flagpole use, will not pull apart when under loads created by flying a flag. The rubber coating is designed to reduce the metal on metal clanging often associated with flagpole noise. Weather resistant and will not rust.
